RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email Bikersboutiqueltd@gmail.com before returning anything, and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Your statutory rights— Nothing here affects your statutory rights. For online orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can't accept back— perishable goods such as bait and groundbait; hazardous or flammable items; gift cards; and any item that is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items— if an item arrives faulty or damaged, or we've sent the wrong product, we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return postage. Please email us with a photo where possible.

Change-of-mind returns— for unwanted items returned within 30 days, you're responsible for the return postage (we recommend a tracked service). Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email to confirm your refund to your original payment method.

Sale items— sale and reduced items can be returned under the same 30-day policy however returned sale items will be exchange or credit only.
