Pre-Order

With Pre-Order, you can purchase the latest items added to our store in advance of them arriving with us.

Your Pre-Order is prioritised (at no additional charge); meaning that as soon as the product arrives with us, we can wrap it straight back up; ready for collection via Click & Collect or despatch to you — it often never even hits the stock room shelves!

Pre-Launch

With Pre-Launch, the date when we expect to receive the product ourselves is still a little too hazy to be confident in accepting Pre-Orders.

So, instead, you can submit your email address against the item you are interested in and we will email you as soon as stock arrives on the system.

The dates we provide are based on indications given by our suppliers. Whenever we get updated information from our suppliers we will endeavour to update the Estimated Delivery & Collection Dates provided on product pages.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the day you receive your order. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging. Please email Bikersboutiqueltd@gmail.com before returning anything, and include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Your statutory rights— Nothing here affects your statutory rights. For online orders you have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, and faulty goods are covered by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Items we can't accept back— perishable goods such as bait and groundbait; hazardous or flammable items; gift cards; and any item that is used, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items— if an item arrives faulty or damaged, or we've sent the wrong product, we'll put it right with a repair, replacement or full refund, and we'll cover the return postage. Please email us with a photo where possible.

Change-of-mind returns— for unwanted items returned within 30 days, you're responsible for the return postage (we recommend a tracked service). Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email to confirm your refund to your original payment method.

Sale items— sale and reduced items can be returned under the same 30-day policy.

The Traverse SL II delivers lightweight performance perfect for riders who want to ascend fast and descend with control.

This wheel features four key innovations. Optimized front and rear rim layups boost strength by 15% and 25%, respectively. Shallow rim geometry increases vertical compliance by 21% for better impact absorption. The engineered “ankling” enhances traction, stability, and control. Finally, the FlatStop rim bead requires 85% more force to pinch flat, virtually eliminating "snake bites.”

Front and rear-specific rims ride smoother, yet are 15% stronger upfront and 25% in the rear. The 21% more vertical compliance absorbs bumps smoothly, keeping you in control. The Roval ThreadBed Valve eliminates compression nuts, air loss from rim flex, makes tyre set-up easier, and reduces sealant clogs.
